Random thought while waiting for our turn at the ortho: Do not leave your valuables unattended. Applies to personal belongings and marriage.
Ortho just said that since I already have a case of degenerative disc disease (DDD), I really shouldn’t be participating in activities such as running and hiking (cycling is still ok, thank God) but I already signed up for a 10k run next month. 🫢
Sun, Mar 1
Bought a copy of Bird by Bird a couple of years ago hoping to inspire the rest of the family. Today, our daughter is in the last chapter after picking it up on her own. Taking this as a win.

THE STONER ARMS DEALERS: HOW TWO AMERICAN KIDS BECAME BIG-TIME WEAPONS TRADERS - Okay, I’ll admit. I watched the 2016 film War Dogs mostly because I kept seeing memes of Jonah Hill. While it was a fun movie to pass time, I didn’t realize it was based on a true story and so into the rabbit hole I went and dug this 2011 article up where the movie was based.
